Regional Initiative Latin America and the Caribbean free of child labor offers live streaming.

Starting next April 25, a series of four live sessions against child labor will begin, an experience promoted by the Regional Initiative, through its Facebook network Latin American Network against Child Labor (RedLacti), which seeks to expand the knowledge on key issues related to the prevention and eradication of child labor.

The first guest to “Expert Voices” is Ernesto Rodríguez, Director of the Latin American Center on Youth, who will speak on how to improve the school-work transition and face the challenge of permitted adolescent work. This theme is related to the World Day for Safety and Health at Work (April 28), whose campaign is linked to the World Day against Child Labor (June 12) under the slogan “Safe and healthy generation” .

This first session will be broadcast on  April 25 at 9:00 am (GMT-5) from the RedLacti fanpage  ( Enter here ) The public will be able to interact with the exhibitor through questions and live comments. In addition, the virtual presentation will remain available and our followers will have the opportunity to continue sending questions  until May 2 , which will be resolved in the following days by the speaker and disseminated on the platform.
